ABOUT THE FIRM

Founder, Marina Nazarbekian, Esq.

Marina has been practicing law since 2012 and has extensive experience in various areas of transactional law. Her experience includes helping individuals form and grow their businesses, advising clients on government contracts and filing bid protests, and guiding small businesses through various stages of growth. Her work history includes working in the legal department of Raytheon Company and serving as general counsel to RadiaBeam Technologies, LLC, one of the world's leading particle accelerator R&D start-ups.

Marina obtained her B.A. in both International Development Studies and Political Science from UCLA in 2006. Thereafter, she attended Washington College of Law at American University in D.C. As a Los Angeles native who loved nothing more than being with her family, she yearned to be closer to home and finished her legal studies at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, where she graduated with her J.D. in 2011. While at Southwestern Law School, Marina served as the Associated Editor the International Law Journal.

When she is not in the office, she can be found gardening, biking on her Peloton, or playing catch with her adorable dogs.
